a day at the beach

Christian Chaize, a self-taught French artist, lives and works in Lyon, France.  This image is from an ongoing series he has been shooting along a small stretch of coastline in southern Portugal. He delights in observing the unrevealed narratives of the beach goers who, through his lens, share in its magical spell.

These blue plaster walls are gorgeous.  For a lover of blue, I could easily live my life in these

rooms.   I'm sure you have noticed my use of the color in my ceramics!

Seeing this kitchen makes me very, very happy!  I love the use of color.  I'm in the middle of my kitchen renovation and wish I was brave enough to do something this bold and creative!   Perhaps this will inspire me !
