Nordic Cuisine is a look at the philosophy and creativity of chef Rene Redzepi and his innovative Copenhagen restaurant, Noma. The book includes many recipes, along with Redzepi's story on developing the cuisine for his restaurant and his committment to finding ingredients of the highest quality. The photography, by Ditte Isager, is stunning. I'm dreaming of visiting this restaurant....maybe this year?!
