food & wine magazine

I opened the current issue of Food&Wine magazine (February 2012) to find two of my pieces featured in their "Star Chefs' Dream Recipes" story.  The top image is a Mario Batali recipe for grilled polenta with spinach and robiola cheese.  The bottom issue is an Alice Waters recipe for hummus and whole wheat flatbread.  The 10 chefs featured in the story have banded together to create the Chefs Make Change coalition with the goal of supporting farmers, fighting hunger, and helping at-risk kids.  Jessica Romm, the style editor at Food&Wine, styled these images that were photographed by Con Poulos.  Thank you Jessica, and Con, for using Elephant Ceramics pieces in your shoot!
